A branch of the well-known company Coldwell Banker is located right here in Malta. The client's goal for this project was to produce a brochure for Maltese property sellers.
As Coldwell Banker has a more formal image, I tried to reflect that in the brochure by keeping the design simple and utilizing only text and images. Since the star icon is one of the primary design components of the Coldwell Banker brand, I also used it in some places, such as sentence points.
