Creating acquisition banners for poker is usually done using a brand template, but for this task, I was requested to try something new. To do this I tried to still keep certain elements of the template we usually use (as seen below) but with a bit of changes - I first thought of using a poker table instead of the circle, which I think helped a lot in making the whole banner pop out more. I also decided to go with a background image rather than a solid one, but still keep with the brand colours to have a connection to 888 when viewed. As for the poker chips and cards, I made them overlap with the table to not make it look flat but appear as if they’re coming out of the banner itself.
For this banner set, I mostly kept with the usual template but wanted to make it a bit different by changing up the circle to fit in more with the logo and winter theme, since this was promoting a winter tournament. As for the rest of the banner, I kept it simple to not distract too much from the offer as well as for the whole layout to remain legible for smaller sizes.
For this banner set, I kept with the traditional brand template, not changing too much from it. For the creative I wanted to make it look as if it is in motion which is why I warped the table a bit as if it is coming into the banner, I also made the chips seem as if they’re coming out of the banner by playing around with their sizes as well as add certain effects like the whisp behind the black poker chip.
